The staff on Reception were unfailingly courteous and helpful and the care I received from my dentist, Thelma Cavallini and her dental nurse Georgia was outstanding. They both immediately put me at ease, everything was explained in detail and nothing was too much trouble.

I was referred to Thelma at The Old Church Bupa Dentist in Lightcliffe, due to a complicated procedure. Thelma spent time explaining the procedure to me and regularly checked if I was comfortable during my appointments. Thank you to Thelma and her team for a great service and I would highly recommend this dentist.

Visited the old church dental practice today for an exam with a lady called Thelma. I have never been before. From arriving the atmosphere was calm and welcoming and the building is stunning. The receptionists were so lovely and friendly very helpful. They were so busy but still had time to give you the attention you needed. My appointment with the dentist was amazing.

I've just had my front teeth veneered by Thelma and I love them. I can smile with confidence for the first time in years. Thelma is the best dentist I have ever had, she puts you at ease and she makes sure that her work is to the highest standards. She didn't like how one of my veneers looked so after 2 weeks she made another appointment and redid the veneer so it was perfect. The old church dental is beautiful on the inside and the reception staff are super helpful and friendly.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results of Thelma’s work, she is so talented, my veneers look amazing and I haven’t stopped smiling since they were fitted.

I recently had top and bottom veneers fitted at this dental practice and I can’t recommend them highly enough. A lovely surgery with a feeling of calm and tranquillity, just what I needed as I was extremely nervous about the whole procedure. I had got to the point where my teeth were causing me confidence issues and I needed the treatment.

Many thanks to Thelma on behalf of my elderly mother-in-law for fitting a new front filling after the last one broke away from the tooth. Despite being pressed for time, as the appointment was squeezed in as an urgent case, Thelma did a great job. She also ensured that there was nothing to pay as the previous filling was done only 9 months ago (by a different dentist).

What a fabulous dentist! She made me feel so comfortable as I’m a nervous patient and felt like she went into a lot of detail about my teeth and seem very Genuine and passionate about her job. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Top class service in a beautiful setting.
